Today I found the card attached on my vehicle at my residence which is legally parked and not junk. The name on the back of the cards reads L.A. CARROS CHATARRA.  My vehicle is in mint condition and has current tags. Not sure why you left a card but DO NOT tag my vehicle to be stolen. It is not bothering you, so do not bother it.
